Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located just across the Central station, in City Centre, making it perfect for those traveling by bus or train. The rooms had three beds and were situated outside the corridor, common to other rooms on the same floor. While the service showed effort in being quick, there were moments of impatience and rudeness. The breakfast included a standard German cold meat and cheese selection, but could use more variety, especially in hot items. The dining was included and offered a rich meal, with artisan bread. Overall, a convenient location with some service shortcomings.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms were some of the cleanest and most comfortable I've ever seen in any hotel. The location was super convenient, just a stone's throw away from the station. However, the room was a bit narrow, not what you usually expect from a hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, clean, and mostly comfortable, but some areas could benefit from an update. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were some minor issues. The location was convenient for transportation but had some noise concerns. The dining options were satisfactory but could use more variety. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers a bright, warm room with a comfortable double bed, ideal for a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection is satisfying, providing a good start to your day before heading out to explore. However, the tiny size of the room and the toilet could be a downside, not meeting typical hotel standards.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, but the shower curtain was a bit clingy, which was a funny experience shared with a colleague. The accessibility through the spiral staircase was interesting but convenient. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the main railway station and near the shopping center. The dining options were quite good, offering a variety of choices. However, there were some service issues with unresponsive staff members and noisy neighbors. The value for money was reasonable considering the location and the quality of the rooms.
The hotel has a great central location, near the railway station and with attentive staff. The rooms are nicely sized with a good shower, but a bit small. The service was fantastic, with helpful and English-speaking staff. The dining options were varied and of good quality. However, the area could be uncomfortable to walk at night, especially for solo travelers.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with 5 beds and a large accessible bathroom, accessible both by the lift and a spiral staircase from the ground floor. While there was a slight hint of cigarette smoke in my room and my colleague's room, the overall stay was comfortable and convenient. The service was friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast room, but the reception workers were a bit less accommodating. The location is convenient for accessing public transport and is surrounded by Turkish shops and kebab places, though the presence of beggars and individuals loitering around might be off-putting. The dining experience, included in the stay, was satisfying with a variety of options including Colombian coffee. The hotel's facilities were adequate for a pleasant stay.
